Site operator

The Loueta site and app ("Loueta" or "the Platform") are operated by Sofia Garcia-Moreno, a Belgian sole proprietorship (indépendante, natural person) trading under the name "Loueta", based at Lindenlaan 4, 1640 Sint-Genesius-Rode, Belgium.

Hosting

The application is hosted by Vercel Inc. (application infrastructure — see vercel.com/legal). The database, authentication, and file storage (listing photos, avatars) are provided by Supabase, on servers located in Frankfurt (Germany, European Union) — see supabase.com/privacy. More detail on these providers and on data transfers is in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The "Loueta" brand, its logo, visual identity, and site copy belong to its operator. Photographs of items posted by members remain the property of their authors; by publishing them on Loueta, the member grants Loueta a limited licence to display those photos on the Platform, in the ordinary course of its operation (listings, wardrobe sharing, etc.).

Mediation and complaints

If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly with us, you may contact the competent consumer mediation service free of charge, or file a complaint on the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Governing law

This legal notice is governed by Belgian law. Failing an amicable resolution, the courts of the judicial district of Brabant wallon shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory rights consumers are entitled to.
